Cooking project before Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year is coming. To celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year, CSL teacher at Aii Language Center, Phsar Thmey Campus, taught her students how to fold dumpling and the meaning behind it. Dumpling is the most important dish of the Chinese New Year’s eve feast. Dumpling has a shape like a gold bar, which according to the ancient Chinese means to bring good fortune into the house.
