Official transcripts or enrollment verification are issued by Administrative Department and bear the Center’s seal and Registrar’s signature. The cost for an official transcript or enrollment verification is $5.00. To request for transcripts or enrollment verification, students are required to fill out forms and submit to the Administrative Department during working hours.

What is Enrollment Verification?
Enrollment verification is an official letter from the Aii Language Centers verifying certain academic information, including, but not limited to: current enrollment, dates of attendance, previous term enrollment, etc.
Common reasons why students request enrollment verification might be for car insurance (good student discounts), loan deferment, registrar’s report (for the Common Application), child care, etc.
