冰皮月饼

Most of us make traditional mooncakes with syrup, and the color is golden, but today our teachers, Ms. Boramy Nara and Ms. Limey Lim, taught our students a new way to make mooncakes called Snow Skin moon cakes. The raw materials are glutinous rice as the outer shell, and  added such fillings as taro filling, mung bean filling, Oreo filling. The production feature is that no baking is required, and the process is simple. The taste is soft and smooth, and the color is as white as snow.
